• Began education career as a boarding school teacher, counselor, dormitory supervisor and administrator.
• Personal philosophy of education is about ownership and options. When students have some say in their educational choices, they own their decisions and are more likely to be successful.
• Students should consider all of their options after high school. Attending college immediately after high school is not the right choice for everyone!
