1.  An introduction to competitive volleyball. There is no guarantee of equal playing time, however, there is greater emphasis on opportunity for all to play in competitive settings including matches, tournaments, and practices.

1.  Emphasis on COMPETITIVE volleyball. There is no guarantee of playing time. At any given time the best team of 6 players will be in the game. The best TEAM of six is not always the best athletes.
