  • Straight Talk Series for Parents

The Straight Talk Parenting Series presents educational programs that help parents and caregivers to recognize, understand, and deal with potential problems that can surface during a child's developmental years. Be proactive. Learn the warning signs. Learn how to help your child before the problem affects him or her, impacts school work, or influences family relationships.
The first Straight Talk session for this school year, "Relieving Stress and Anxiety: Restoring Sanity to Humanity," with Dr. Peter Montminy will be held at the Mount Nittany Middle School on Tuesday, September 16, from 7 - 8:30 p.m. Please contact Connie Schulz at to register children for child care.
