Hand Washing Health Tip from Nurse Sylvia:

Did you know, germs on hands spread 80% of diseases.

Washing your hands is absolutely the best way to stop germs from getting into your body.

Think about all of the things that you touched today — from the telephone to the toilet. Maybe you blew your nose and played with your dog. Whatever you did, you came into contact with germs.

It's easy for germs on your hand to end up in your mouth, nose and eyes. These germs cause many illnesses at school such as colds, sore throats, stomachaches, the flu and pink eye.   Remember to wash your hands often!!!
