  • Community Meetings on the Elementary School Projects

    The State College Area School District administration is pursuing a District-Wide Facilities Master Plan update focused on elementary schools. Public meetings will be held at the following schools at 7 p.m. to discuss and answer questions about possible renovation and/or new construction projects:

    May 25 at Corl Street Elementary
    May 31 at Radio Park Elementary
    June 1 at Houserville Elementary
    June 16 at Mount Nittany Middle School

    All community members are invited to attend the meetings. Childcare will be available. For more details please see a summary of the master plan update process.

    The Student Registration Office has relocated to the district administration building (next to Memorial Field). The telephone number remains the same, (814) 231-1017.     The Community Education Department has openings for part-time after school employees. Hours are generally between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Call 231-1061 (Community Education Department) for additional information.

If you are hard working, enthusiastic, and want to support the education of students, consider applying to work in a school kitchen, to drive a school bus, or to help clean and maintain our facilities.
