Life Soundtrack Final Project Rubric
      1. Hand-in card stapled to the Musical Preferences form.
       2. Musical preferences form completely filled out:
                  --Theme song and reason it was chosen.
                  --Six other songs that represent a life event, personality trait, special
                            relationship, or personal item, etc......
        3. Card completely filled out with drawing and name on the front and theme song
                      plus six other songs on the back.
        4. Picture clearly related to one of the songs, events or items listed on
                      Musical Preferences. 
        5. Picture is neat, colorful and fills the card.
       6. Back of card NEATLY written with: theme song and six other songs from MP sheet
