Ms. Zmyslo's experiences range from curriculum development to adoption of a new transition system for students going from middle school learning support to high school learning support in Monterey. She closely supervised the Monterey LS students' classroom placements through the use of the counseling department's computerized scheduling program to ensure the students' access to appropriate mainstreamed classes. She headed the Child Study Teams in all of the schools where she taught special education. Ms. Zmyslo had extensive training in the area of testing and was responsible for all the educational testing and interpretation in each school district.
Ms. Zmyslo and her newly acquired dog (February 6, 2011), Star, enjoy many walks and a lot of play time everyday. Her son, Jeff, has his home and business in Maryland.
