Physical e-Application (CIPPE) Instructions
Physicals can be performed June 1, 2013 or later.
All students in grades 7-12 who wish to join a State College Area School District PIAA sport team for the 2013-2014 school year must complete the electronic application (CIPPE) found on the Online Portal.
Print the completed forms and return them in person or by US Mail (No faxes will be accepted), to the SCASD Athletics Office, 653 Westerly Parkway, State College, PA 16801, according to the following schedules for your sport:
♦Fall PIAA Sports Physicals are due:
Monday, August 5, 2013
Fall PIAA Sports begin:
Monday, August 12, 2013
♦Winter PIAA sports Physicals or Parent Re-Certification are due:
Monday, November 11, 2013
Winter PIAA Sports begin:
Monday, November 18, 2013
♦Spring PIAA Sports Physicals and or parent re-certification due:
February 24, 2014
Spring PIAA Sports begin:
March 3, 2014
NO Faxes will be accepted.
