Understanding Multiage Classes at P.F.E.
The purpose of this page is to help parents and S.C.A.S.D. staff gain a greater understanding of multiage education at Park Forest Elementary School. We encourage you to use the term multiage as opposed to "split" classrooms as the term multiage embraces our philosophy of a community of learners. "Split" implies that there are simply two groups working under the same roof and does not accurately portray the cooperative nature of our work
