Overview of Small School Gatherings (SSG)

Sessions are held Tuesday afternoons once per month in place of All School Gathering

SSG groups are made up of 12-15 students led by a professional staff member

SSG groups consist of students from every grade (K-5)

Kindergartners are in pairs for SSG grouping

Students remain in the same SSG group until they leave PFE

Paraprofessionals strategically placed to provide support

Special Ed paraprofessionals paired with their students

Students report to their assigned teacher's room or designated meeting spot

4th and 5th grade students help Kindergarten and Primary children find their SSG meeting locations

Group members work together to practice citizenship skills, democratic principles, and team building
