Security System Overview:

 Below are some guidelines specific to MNMS:

*All school entrances are locked and the security system is engaged from 8:30 AM until 3:00 PM

*The main entrance is monitored during the time listed above by office staff

*The main entrance is considered the front doors, on the flag pole side of the building

*The farthest door on the right is used while the system is engaged

*As you approach the door on the right, you will see a white button on the right hand side of the door;

1) Please press the white button

2) If the visitor is recognized, office personnel will release the door and the visitor can enter and report to the main office to sign in

3) In the event office staff does not identify the visitor, the visitor will be asked to produce appropriate identification and/or provide specific information as to why they wish to enter the school

4) If satisfactory identification cannot be established, a school administrator will be summoned to take charge of the security inquiry
