Registration for students who are new to the State College Area School District is conducted at the

Student Registration Office
Room 119, Fairmount Building
411 S. Fraser Street, State College, PA 16801. 

Students may be enrolled if they are legal residents of the State College Area School District, accepted as tuition paying students by the Board of School Directors, or approved exchange students.

 

If you are an elementary age student and want to register for the 2013-14 school year use our new online enrollment feature located on the left hand side of the screen.

 

Kindergarten registration is held each spring. The dates are announced through the local media and on the District's website. Children who are five years old on or before August 31 are eligible for Kindergarten. Children who are six years old on or before that date are eligible for first grade unless they have successfully completed Kindergarten elsewhere. Those children moving into the district must be registered immediately.
