Agricultural Science

The Dandy Lion Greenhouse and Floral Center is a "school-based" enterprise that is operated and managed by our Ag Science students. Greenhouse plants and floral arrangements are produced and designed and sold throughout the school year at the greenhouse in the High School North Building, Room 401, Ag Science area. We sell Poinsettias, Easter Lilies, Hydrangeas, Hanging Baskets, Bedding plants, and Foliage plants. Also we will make floral arrangements for holidays and special events. Students in our Horticulture, Landscaping, and Ag Science I classes staff the Dandy Lion and showcase class projects as a part of their instructional units.
