IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All marching band instrumentalists must also be registered for Ninth Grade Band, Tenth Grade Band, Concert Band, or Symphonic Band.
 
Members must attend all rehearsals and performances unless they have submitted an excuse in advance to Mr. Leskowicz. Any absence or unexcused tardiness may affect a student’s position in the band for pre-game or half-time shows in the fall. An unexcused absence will remove a student for at least one half-time show in the fall.
 
Band members will report to the North building for all rehearsals, and before all scheduled performances. Band members driving or being transported to band rehearsals are not permitted to drive on the practice field area of the South parking lot before, during, or after a rehearsal. Any member who violates this rule as a driver or a passenger will be dismissed from the band.
 
All summer rehearsals begin PROMPTLY at 9:00 am. and end at noon.
 
Students and Parents transporting band members should plan for at least 15 extra minutes before and after each rehearsal for set-up/tear down and brief meetings.
 
Rehearsals during the school year are held on Monday and Wednesday evenings from7:00 to 9:00 pm.
 
Rank Leader meetings are scheduled on Wednesday evenings immediately following the rehearsal.
 
There will be no rehearsal on Labor Day (Sep. 1, 2014).
 
Rehearsals are NEVER CANCELED due to inclement weather. Dress accordingly!
 
All members must travel to and from "away" games by school transportation.
