Educational Trips

For your child's absence to participate in an educational tour or trip not sponsored by the district to be considered an excused absence, you must submit a completed Educational Trip Request form, below, to your child's school office prior to your trip. The form must be submitted to each child's school. Policy 204 Attendance

If you have any questions, please contact your child’s school principal.

Please print the form, fill it out, sign it, and submit the hard copy to your child(ren)'s school.
