A parent’s username and password is the same for BOTH SYSTEMS.
  • The parent username is the email address that SCASD has on file for the parent
  • A parent’s original password was a system-generated password, created when the parent first provided an email address to the district.
  • A parent may change the password by logging into Online Portal, and clicking “User Profile.”
  • If a parent has forgotten the password, it can be retrieved by clicking the “Click to retrieve forgotten password for Guardians Only” at this link. The password will be sent to the email address the district has on file for the parent.

Students use their SCASD username and password to access both systems.
