   Physical e-Application (CIPPE) Instructions
Physicals can be performed  June 1, 2012 or later.
 
All students planning to play a PIAA sport must complete a electronic application.
  •  Go to: www.scasd.org
  • Click Student or Parent (in gray bar)
  • Click Student or Online Portal
  • Click Online Portal
  • Enter User ID and Password

  • Click on Extra-Curricular
  • Start e-application
  • Print 9 page packet and take it to your doctor
Return packet to the Athletics Office in person or by mail
 
(Student laptops and printers are available in the Athletics Office)
 
 
 
 
Winter PIAA Sports Physicals or Parent Re-certifications are due:
