Moving?

If you are moving, please call Gray's Woods office at 235-6100 between 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM so we can assist you with the transfer of your child's records.  We will need the following information:  the last day your child/children will be attending Gray's Woods elementary, the name of the new school and your new mailing address.  If you are moving within the SCASD district, we will notify the new school and send the student records.  If you are moving outside of the district, we will send the records to our registration office and they will transfer them to the new school once the records request is received.  We can provide you with a card to give to your new school with information on how to request the records.  Thank you!
