Mardi Gras Auf Deutsch!

Karneval is a time of transition between winter and spring and the Germans scare the spirits of winter away. To do so, they dress up in crazy costumes ranging from witches, to vikings, to angels. These are intended to get rid of the old spirits of winter and welcome the young spirits of spring.

At this time of year, the German Club has had a costume contest. Prizes for the best looking, the most original, the scariest, and the most hilarious costumes!

You can be anything you want as long as it is school appropriate, and remember to have fun!!!!!!
