• Physical e-Application (CIPPE) Instructions

    Physicals can be performed  June 1, 2022 or later.
     

     

    All students in grades 7-12 who wish to join a State College Area School District PIAA sport team for the 2022-2023 school year must complete the electronic application (CIPPE). You will only need to print out section 7 for your doctor to fill out. The rest of the information will be filled out in FamilyID, the platform that we use for registration for all PIAA sports.
     
     

     Physicals can be performed June 1, 2022 or later.

    ♦Winter PIAA sports Physicals or Recertification due:
        Friday, November 4, 2022
    Winter PIAA Sports begin:
        Friday, November 18, 2022
    ♦Spring PIAA sports Physicals or Recertification due:
         Monday, February 20, 2023
    Spring PIAA Sports begin:
