    It is truly an honor to introduce myself as the principal of Gray's Woods Elementary School.  I am thrilled to join such a dedicated team of educational professionals and become part of this involved and supportive community.  I look forward to meeting you and welcome you to email, call or stop by anytime!

    Experience:
    I am an educator at heart and bring several years of varied experiences to this position.  One of my proudest accomplishments is becoming a National Board Certified teacher.  In addition, before coming to Gray's Woods, I worked for four years as an Assistant Professor in the College of Education at Penn State University, co-facilitating the Professional Development School.  Prior to working at PSU, I taught elementary ed for 18 years in Michigan, most recently teaching 3rd-5th grade multiage.

    I attended Western Michigan University where I received my degrees in:
    • Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education
    • Master of Science in Educational Leadership
    • Ph.D. in Educational Leadership
