• PSSA Testing:  All in-person elementary students in grades 3rd, 4th, and 5th are required to take the State assessments.  The assessments will be administered during the mornings of the days listed below. 

    o   May 24, 25, 26 - English Language Arts (3rd, 4th & 5th grade)

    o   May 27, 28 - Math (3rd, 4th & 5th grade)

    o   June 1st and 2nd - Science (4th grade) 

    Make-up testing will be scheduled on an individual basis.

    If your child is an EP remote or virtual learner and you desire your child to take the PSSAs, please contact the EP principal, Danielle Yoder, as soon as possible.   You will need to plan on arranging transportation for your child to take the tests.

  • Technology Student Association (TSA) Awards

    Park Forest Middle School’s TSA chapter turned in a high-powered performance at the 43rd Annual Pennsylvania TSA Competition. Additionally, the State High TSA Chapter also sent members to the state competition.

    Baker Jim Nolte has achieved districtwide celebrity status, thanks to the weekly meal distributions to families begun last year. His chocolate chip banana bread continues to garner rave reviews on social media with tales of siblings fighting for the prized slices in the bagged meals.
