They are looking for folks to host bingo, painting classes, or just to come and chat with the residents. They are also looking for students to help paint a mural in their memory care unit. Volunteer with Taproot Kitchen!Taproot Kitchen will be looking for volunteers this summer to help out with their gardens along N. Atherton. Taproot Kitchen "is a culinary venture whose main ingredients are people and produce: adults with autism and intellectual disabilities and fresh food gleaned from local farms. We see value and worth in both, engaging and employing people with ID in the culinary arts and gleaning unharvested food.
