    If you are, or someone you know is: 
    • often sad, angry, or anxious
    • using drugs or alcohol or being affected by someone else's use
    • earning poor grades at school
    • struggling with emotions or mental health 
     
    Student Assistance can help.    
     
    Mount Nittany Middle School has a group of specially trained staff dedicated to helping students who are having problems in or out of school.

    or talk to a teacher, counselor, administrator, staff member, or any adult who can help you contact the counseling office.
