    We are very excited to meet you soon! We know the students are anxiously awaiting the start of Middle School, and might be nervous about the changes that are coming. Many students are worried about getting lost. Assure your child that within a week or two of the start of school, they will be experts on all of their class locations! We are sure they will soon find that Park Forest Middle School is not so different from their elementary school. Exciting differences that are apparent include:  Language and Tech Ed classes, each for 3 days out of the six-day cycle, Phys. Ed. twice a cycle, health, and more art and music, as well as  choice AREA several times a week as well! The six-day cycle will become very familiar too.  And not to worry: we still have recess!
