Beginning on Monday, June 13th, the SCASD HelpDesk will be operating on our summer work schedule. This means that the HelpDesk will be open from 8 AM - 12 PM at the IT Services Office in the Panorama Village building Monday through Friday. After 12 PM, phone and email support will be monitored remotely.
During the summer months, we utilize the summer HelpDesk hours to allow our building technicians additional time to get out to each building to clean and refresh student and room technology prior to the beginning of the next school year.
