Welcome to my Speech-Language page! I am currently entering my 11th year working as a Speech-Language Pathologist for SCASD (12th year as an SLP overall). I am very excited to be spending my time working with a caseload of students at Mt. Nittany Elementary and Mt. Nittany Middle School every day. I am looking forward to seeing everyone at school and meeting new students this year!
I grew up in Johnstown, PA and went on to attend Penn State University, where I received both a bachelor's and master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. I am very passionate about helping my students to become effective communicators and active participants in the many environments they encounter on a daily basis.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors, reading (especially mysteries!), gardening, and taking long walks with dogs. I also love to stay active, enjoying running and yoga.
