I am excited to work with your child in math during the upcoming school year. My teaching career began in Michigan in 1997. In the fall of 1998, I joined the State College High School. Over the years, I have taught nearly every secondary math class offered from pre-algebra thru calculus. My background includes work in several school districts across Pennsylvania and Michigan. Most recently I taught at Mount Nittany Middle School.

Experiences with varied math curricula and diverse learners inform my current teaching practices. The broader scope and sequence of your child’s math study is always on my mind as I guide your child through this year’s math experience. I will work to support your child and stretch his or her thinking.
