    Course Description:

    Thinking about trying a business class?? This is the place to start. Students will explore areas of business including marketing, business law, economics, personal finance, accounting, supply chain management, leadership, business communications and etiquette in a laboratory setting.   Students engage themselves in interactive multimedia, oral presentations, and case studies.  This course has several guest speakers and students also take field trips to expand their understanding of career opportunities in business. The primary goal of the course is to help students develop an interest in business and decide what area best fits their career aspirations. This is the recommended first business class for students to take. After taking this course, students will have a better idea of which business classes they would like to take next.
