Our characters are the Renaissance personas that we adopt on Day Of Faire, each with their own unique backstory and personality. Here are some resources to help you develop your character fully.

Names: This website takes you through the step-by-step process involved in choosing your Faire name. It is mostly a reference for those wishing to be English, but there is a bit of information on Irish and Scottish names as well.

Professions: A nice list of about a hundred different Renaissance professions (you're definitely not limited to this, but it can give you some inspiration).

Character sheet: When you have some ideas, try filling out this basic character sheet.
