Welcome to Physics!!

Hello. My name is Bob White and I've been teaching physics at State High since 2002. I graduated from Wilkes University with a B.S. in Physics in 1992 and a M.S. in Educational Strategies and Development in 1998. Working in the State College Area School District  has afforded me a wide array of opportunities for professional growth. It is my pleasure to work in a community which places such a high value on education. I am currently responsible for the instruction of one section of AP Physics C, and one section of  Advanced Topics in Physics. AP Physics C is a rigorous, calculus based introduction to mechanics and electromagnetism while Advanced Topics in Physics is a calculus based introduction to thermodynamics, and mechanical and electromagnetic waves. I also serve in the role of 6-12 Science Curriculum Coordinator.
