    Kevin Wilson, MD, and his team at Mount Nittany Physician Group Orthopedics are proud to be the sports medicine providers for the State College Area School District Athletic teams. This partnership demonstrates our continuing commitment to support the development of student athletes and promote the principles of teamwork and performance excellence. In addition to providing comprehensive orthopedic care, our sports medicine services include the diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation and prevention of athletic injuries. Our staff of athletic trainers (LAT, ATC) are licensed through the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania State Board of Medicine and Osteopathic Medicine as well as certified through the National Athletic Trainers Association Board of Certification (NATABOC). In addition to working with Dr. Wilson, who leads sports medicine services at Mount Nittany Physician Group Orthopedics, they also work closely with Mount Nittany Health Fit for Play, which provides one-on-one physical therapy and fitness instruction at their location along Sandy Drive in State College.
