*We will distribute the document to all parents of Title I students. The document will also be part of the Title I Teachers’ that service Easterly Parkway Elementary School websites.
*We will make it available to the community and update it when necessary depending on the needs of the parents. Easterly Parkway Elementary School will involve the parents in the planning, review and improvement of the school’s Parent Involvement Policy.
*Parents will be asked for their input into the Parent Involvement Policy through the Parent Survey sent home at the beginning of every year and the end of the year Parent Survey.

*Parents are also notified that there are funds to cover reasonable and necessary expenses such as transportation, child care, or home visit expenses to enable parents to participate in the school-related meetings and training sessions.
Easterly Parkway Elementary School will inform parents how they can be involved in the planning, review and improvement of Gray’s Woods Elementary School’s Title I program and about timely information about the Title I program.
