• IB offers the Diploma Programme for 11th and 12th grade students. Requirements for Diploma Programme candidates are as follows:

    6 Diploma Programme Courses

    • Students take one course from each of the six curricular groups (Studies in Language and Literature, Language Acquisition, Individuals and Societies, Sciences, Mathematics, and The Arts)
    • Courses are offered at High and Standard Level (HL and SL); students are required to take 3 HL courses and 3 SL courses.


    3 Core Components

    • Theory of Knowledge course (TOK)
    • Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS)
    • Extended Essay (EE)

  • Group 1 Studies in Language and Literature: English Language and Literature

    Group 2 Language Acquisition: French; German; Latin; Spanish

    Group 3 Individuals and Societies: Business Management; Economics; History of the Americas; World Religions

    Group 4 Sciences: Environmental Systems and Societies; Physics; Sports, Exercise, and Health Science

    Group 5 Mathematics: Mathematics Analysis and Approaches; Mathematics Applications and Interpretation

    Group 6 The Arts: Film; Music; Visual Arts
