Team Lifts at the Fitness Center
Team lifts will be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4-5pm.
Ms. Swauger, Trainer for the State High Fitness Center,
has created a fitness program
for our current players and all interested players.
Strengthening muscles with conditioning exercises
helps reduce the risk of injury.
If you play a winter sport, follow the routine of your sport during the winter season.
Please pick up the rugby routine once the winter season ends.

A new form needs to be completed and submitted to Ms. Swauger each year.
