    Fall Rugby Lifts at the Fitness Center 

     

      

    Ms. Swauger, Trainer for the State High Fitness Center,

    has created a Fall Rugby Lifting Schedule

    for our current players and all interested players.

     

    * Max testing week of 9/16

    * 8 weeks of training

    * Max testing week of 11/18

    * De-load period in December

    * Start back in January

     

    Strengthening muscles with conditioning exercises

    helps reduce the risk of injury.

     

     

    If you play a fall sport, follow the routine of your sport during the fall season.

    Please pick up the rugby routine once the fall season ends.
