INDOOR PRACTICE SCHEDULE
Girls will practice Saturday morning and Wednesday evening.
Boys will practice Saturday morning, Monday evening, and Thursday evening.
** As a spring sport, a practice may be canceled with little notice if the gym is needed by a winter sports team. SCASD does their best to avoid this. Please be understanding of last minute changes and/or cancellations. They are out of our control. **
OUTDOOR PRACTICE SCHEDULE
Our first two weeks of outdoor practice will be four days per week.
After that, outdoor practice will be three days per week.
FITNESS CENTER TEAM LIFTS
Team lifts at the fitness center on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4:00-5:00.
(Time may change to 4:30-5:30, depending on number of players.)
Please tell Mrs. Swauger you are with rugby.
A completed and signed permission form MUST be handed in to the fitness center BEFORE any student can participate.
