The Family and Community Engagement team consists of our Home School Visitor and three Licensed School Social Workers. These positions work closely with all lstudents and their families in developing and maintaining positive interpersonal relationships between members of the school district and outside agencies. In addition, they provide connections to community resources in supporting a family's basic needs. Their work is focused on ensuring an optimal schooling opportunity while balancing the personal development of the student.
FACE developed a form to better help meet our SCASD students and families' needs, Family Needs Assessment.
This is a statewide collaborative for health and human service information for the state. Callers are redirected to the appropriate agency and the website helps find resources in your area.
