Fall 2020: 12 Week Body Weight Workout
On the right, you will find Weeks 1-4 consisting of 5 days of exercises.
2 Leg Days, 2 Arm Days and a Mobility day in the middle...don't skip it!
If you can, add 20-30 minutes of your choice of cardio 3-4 days a week.

Many exercises have links to YouTube demonstrations of the exercises. (I am not endorsing any adds that YouTube may have inserted.)
Regular exercise can help you control your weight, reduce your risk of heart disease, and strengthen your bones and muscles. But if it's been awhile since you've exercised and you have health issues or concerns, it's a good idea to talk to your doctor before starting a new exercise routine.
