Good Morning Little Lions,
My name is Aaron Workman, and I very excited to be named the Co-Head Coach for Swimming and Diving with Coach Marion. This is a wonderful opportunity and I believe we have one of the strongest teams in recent history. Most of you know me, but for the members that do not, I am very much looking forward to meeting you and discussing your plans and goals for the season. This will be an interesting year, and we will have to be flexible with our training schedule and meet opportunities. However, I know that we can do some very big things and show the state what State College is all about. Marion and I will be working to create a roadmap for your success, and it is up to you to rise to the challenge, set goals for yourself and study and train with confidence! This is a sport where we need “to know you will be successful” and “not hope I am successful." Confidence is key and we will work on that every day.
Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions you may have.
