Course Content and Techniques:
This performance-based course is open to any and all students who wish to perform in a musical. The musical to be performed is currently undetermined. The course will explore all aspects of musical theatre, including: singing, dance choreography, acting, staging, ensemble work, set design, prop selection, costume input, scene changes, and rehearsal.
Objectives:
Students will leave this class with basic knowledge of various aspects of musical theatre. They will feel comfortable singing, moving, and acting as the rehearsals for the musical unfold during class time.
