What does it mean to be a Ferguson Township Elementary STAR? 

In the 2018-2019 school year, Ferguson Township Elementary staff, faculty and leadership initiated a school wide program to encourage students and teachers to work together to define behavioral and academic goals for all who are in our building.  Teachers and children work together to:

Show Kindness

Take Responsibility

Act Safely

Respect EVERYONE

These skills and expectations are explicitly taught in each classroom at the beginning of each school year.  These lessons are revisited often and students are positively reinforced when they work to model these ideas.  Be sure to ask your student how they are working to be a STAR!
