Coping Cat and Advanced Coping Cat groups help students to manage anxiety by building specific skills to develop coping skills that can be used at home, school, and in social settings. 

Coping Cat groups teach students to use the FEAR model using skills that are transferrable from small group interventions.  

The FEAR Model is as follows:

E--Expecting bad things to happen?

A--Attitudes and actions that help

R--Results and Rewards
