COUNTOWN TO FUN RUN

  • Get excited EP! Our 7th annual FUN RUN is coming up on Tuesday, October 3rd, 2023.

    The 3 goals of the Fun Run are to:

    1. Encourage fitness
    2. Build school community
    3. Raise funds necessary to support the school

    This year, our goal is to raise $17,500! See below for info about how to make a donation, and plan to join us on the EP playground on the morning of October 3rd to cheer on your child and their class!

  • FUN RUN SCHEDULE

    On Tuesday, October 3rd, all EP students will have a chance to run/walk/roll as many laps as they can around the EP track in 10 minutes. Come cheer on your child(ren) and their class!

    • Kindergarten: 9:00-9:10
    • Grade 5: 9:10-9:20
    • Grade 4: 9:20-9:30
    • Grade 3: 9:30-9:40
    • Grade 2: 9:40-9:50
    • Grade 1: 9:50-10:00

  • PRIZES

    • 70% or more participation for the ENTIRE school: All classes earn an ice cream party!
    • Class that raises the most money wins extra recess, including a "Celebrity Kickball Game" with a mystery guest as the star pitcher!
    • Class that runs the most laps wins extra recess, including a "Celebrity Wiffle Ball Game" with Mr. Hoover as the star pitcher!
    • If we meet our $17,500 goal: The school will earn a Spirit Day and music during lunch EVERY FRIDAY for the month of October!

    Checks can be made out to 'Easterly Parkway PTO'.

    Please note your student's name and teacher on the envelope or check.
