Information for parents:
Home Access Center - Report card grades, class work, student schedules, teacher course recommendations, attendance, and demographic information are available in HAC. Instructions for using Home Access Center.Username and passwords- The parent username is the email address that SCASD has on file for the parent.
- A parent’s original password was a system-generated password, created when the parent first provided an email address to the district.
Students in grades 6-12 use their SCASD username and password to access HAC.

Special Education
The Special Education Department provides programs and services in accord with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and PA Chapter 14 Special Education Programs for students with disabilities. The State College Area School District provides a variety of opportunities for the screening and evaluation of students thought to have disabilities.
