SCASD Named Best Communities for Music Education
For the eighth straight year, SCASD has received the Best Communities for Music Education award from the nonprofit National Association of Music Merchants Foundation. The honor marks the 17th time since 2000 that the foundation has recognized SCASD for its support for music education.

Everyday Algebra, a State High math class focused on helping students in a new way, found an equation for success, and an acclaimed documentary company noticed. This short film highlights an effective effort to help students pass the state’s Keystone Algebra 1 assessment exam.
