2020 Bond Issue

The State College Area School District Board of School Directors, at a meeting held on July 20,2020, adopted a Resolution that can be viewed here. This resolution authorizes the Administration to incur debt for the purpose of refunding the General Obligation Bonds, Series A and Series B of 2014. The estimated savings as a result of this refunding is approximately 8%, or  $496,000.   The full document presented at the July 20, 2020 board meeting can be viewed here.
