2026-2027 Budget Development

Our 2026-2027 budget development process includes a review of the financial results from 2025-2026, as well as multi-year budget projections. Refinement of these projections will continue throughout the budget process as the 2025-2026 projections become clearer.

Your input is important. As the district looks to prepare a budget for the upcoming year, we welcome your ideas to control costs or increase revenues. Feel free to give us your ideas at  info@scasd.org.

Final 2026-2027 Timeline Dates:

• April 20, 2026 - Board approval of Proposed Final Budget
  • Proposed 2026-2027 Budget (available after April 20 and before May 18)
• May 18, 2026 - Budget Hearing
  • Memo
  • Presentation
  • Summary

• May 18, 2026 - Board meeting

• June 1, 2026 - Adoption of Final 2026-2027 Budget
