Notice of Intent to Seek Act 1 Referendum Exception

 State College Area School District intends to seek approval from the Pennsylvania Department of Education for Act 1 referendum exception for School Construction-Electoral Debt. The District plans to submit its request for referendum exception to the Pennsylvania Department of Education at least one week after the initial publication of this notice.
