Chris Rosenblum
Director of Communications
Chris has been the district’s Director of Communications since January 2015. An award-winning journalist for 25 years, he leads the district’s media relations and community relations efforts, highlighting the achievements of students and educators while coordinating internal, external and crisis communications to keep families, employees and the community informed.

Chris and his wife, Michele, have two sons, both Delta Program graduates attending Penn State. Having grown up near Boston, MA, and outside Charlottesville, VA, he remains a lifelong Boston sports fan, particularly of the Red Sox. In his spare time, he enjoys adding to his record collection, playing blues guitar, reading history and noir mysteries, writing, helping his wife garden and spending time with his family. He also has done more than 20 scuba dives with his older son. Outside of his job and family, he lives for pie.

Nabil K. Mark
Media and Communications Manager
Nabil joins the District after working as a Senior Photographer and Multimedia Specialist for the Centre Daily Times. He brings unique vision and foresight for design to the communications department.
