CEEL Program Registration Information for 2025 - 26

2025-26 CEEL Enrollment Request Form
CEEL is an after school Extended Learning Program open to elementary students in all of our elementary schools. Programs will operate at Corl Street, Easterly Parkway, Ferguson Township, Gray's Woods, Mount Nittany, Park Forest, Radio Park and Spring Creek Elementary Schools for the 2025-26 school year.
Program Times
Before school: 7:30 a.m. to 7:55 a.m. each school day*
Afterschool: dismissal to 5:30 p.m. each school day
Inservice/no school day: 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., see more details below
*Before school programs require a minimum enrollment. Enrolled families will be notified of program status by Friday July 25, 2025. Program does not run on delay days.

CEEL operates on school days when school is in-person.
Fees Per Student
Monthly unless otherwise noted
- Before School: $72/month
- Full-Time: $395/month
- Part-Time: $91/day
- Registration Fee (one-time): $75
- Payment Plan Fee (one-time, due at the time of registration): $25
- Deposit: Due at the time of registration, equal to 5% of your total invoice amount, nonrefundable
- Discounts (sibling and employee) are available for those who qualify.
- Financial assistance may be available through the ChildCare Works program.
Sibling Discount
Families with 2 or more children enrolled in the full-time program can receive a 10% discount on the second and subsequent child(ren). Please complete the form located in the Forms & Documents tab at left after successfully registering for the program. This form must be completed by 4:30 p.m. on August 15, 2025 in order for discounts to be effective prior to the first CEEL payment of the year. Form submissions received after that date will be applied prior to the next payment (when submitted by 4:30 p.m. on the 15th of the month) and will not be prorated. Discounts cannot be combined.
Financial Assistance
CEEL is qualified to accept the ChildCare Works state subsidy program. If you are approved for the subsidy, please email your approval information to our office. Note that scholarship funds are not available through CEEL.
What To Expect For The 2025-26 School Year
- Art, STEM, and physical activity classes will return with providers such as Art Explorers, Discovery Space, Millbrook Marsh, Lincoln Caverns, Adam Swartz Puppets, Discovery by Nature and Jana Marie Foundation.
- CEEL is open to in-person students only; the program will run on school days when school is in-person.
Inservice Day and No School Day Programs
Students must be actively enrolled in the CEEL program to participate in inservice day programming.
- We will be offering an inservice package at a cost of $306, which covers 6 inservice days ONLY from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The inservice package has an additional option for the morning Extended Day, which will be held from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. for a cost of $66.
- A la carte days will be available at a later date if available spaces do not fill with inservice package registrations.
- The Inservice Day Package includes programming on the following inservice/no school days: 10/2/25, 10/30/25, 11/24/25, 11/25/25, 1/20/26, 3/20/26. Note that we are NOT providing programming on the following days which have historically been CEEL inservice days; these days will be used for staff training for the 2025-26 school year: 10/31/25, 1/19/26, and 4/2/26
